I'm in uk and could pre order PS3 and Wii ages ago. I actually started off a Wii list, and got on a PS3 list somewhere. Like you say, there does as always seem to be a lot more people pre ordering the Sony machine, but hey, i haven't paid a deposit yet. Anyway i only want a PS3 to sell straight away on ebay. My Wii will have pride of place in my house. Long live innovation, Nintendo rule!!! The list of things for Sony and Microsoft to copy is getting quite big now...

For $1200 or Even $1000 i can buy a new Hig-End GPU and MotherBoard with a CPU. PS3 is just too expensive for a console when you can upgrade your PC that will run games faster and at higher resoltuion. Not worth it Sony.

if you also look at the PS3 QnA article there is absoloutly no hype attempt and is stating basic detail about there marketing strategy and some features and yet Fanboys called it hype remember what it's like these days

I went to get a pre-order for a wii and to my suprise was 3rd on the list while the PS3 list was 6 shipments deep. What is up with that? Are people excited about this thing or not?

Oh nintendo your hyping up the WII (controller technically) far more then the original Xbox was hyped up, I hope you can pull of the godlike things your claiming luckily you are Nintendo and even though I didn't buy your last console you've never "over hyped" your products like MS and Sony
