I find arru and guruboy quite good actually, Sure all fanboys deserve to die but since they aren't being nice and keeling over like they should afew PS3 morons helps balance out the MS morons that plague megagames although nintnedo fanboys seem to be in full swing here aswell it's quite odd

The reason GameCube sold poorly was because of the format. Once again Nintendo went a different way to avoid piracy. Developers wanted a DVD format. This time the Wii has that.
Also Arru. The most powerful consoles NEVER win. Never. They always cost more and consumers stay away from it. Like they will with the PS3 if the price does not change soon

The Wii is intended to break the "make a version for every console" business model (hence 'disruptive technology,' a la iPod and such), which necessarily means that there will be games you can't get on Wii but you can on X360 or PS3. Because of the gameplay innovations, the opposite will also be true. Many games will be Wii exclusive, since the controls won't translate to other systems.How is this news at all surprising to anyone, then?

Litle note about power. The game Crisis was to be made for Next generation consoles especially the PS3. The developers of Crisis pulled that game from the PS3 because they said on record it was not powerful enough, so they released it on the PC.

Gurboy, funny how you say that. Are you not the poster child for Sony? WOW, can't make up your mind huh? Anyways, this is one title. If you are basing success or lack therof on 1 title, then the PS3 would be doomed as they have had NUMEROUS cancelations and delays of BIGGER name titles.

I agree with Anon@2:18.We always knew the Wii would have SLIGHTLY infirior graphics. at the end of the day, Nintendo is getting more and more exlusives, thanks to the controller, so losing one doesnt seem that bad. Im sure there will be a few more Wii will lose, but no biggy really - if you have PC or 360 anyway!!

It has started, the division in power between the three consoles is already breaking up the cross-platform sales model, if you want to make a truly impressive game you're gonna need to do it on the more powerful machines.With all the hype aroudn the Wii it takes balls to flatout refuse to make a version that will run on it, I predict we will see the same happen between the 360 and PS3 before long.

I think Wii will outsell all of the consoles because of its price and the fact that its nintendo. Nintendo has to be the most famous name in terms of gaming. Tell me who never heard of nintendo. I know my grandparents always refer my 360 as "Nintendo" rather than Xbox. And the fact that nintendo has a lot of kid games it will sell alot because theres lots of kids.
I still think this is sad, I meen couldn't they lower the graphics a bit and sell it for 10 bucks cheaper or something?

Publishers like this will change their minds when the Wii starts outselling the PS3 and Xbox360 because of it's cheap price. Power or not, console sales determine how many games are released on that platform. The Wii console looks promising on that front because it's very affordable.
