Also think about if the games you create for the 360 are locked up like most of the xbox live arcade games. So you therefore will not be able to play them if they are moved to another 360. Remember, if I download a xbox live arcade game and transfer it from my HDD to my friends HDD, he will need for my xbox live account to be on his 360 also and then it has to be signed in. Who's willing to give the world access to their xbox live account, just to pirate some software. You would get banned and possibly arrested in a heartbeat.

Anon @ 1:27 was just being honest. This isn't going to make copying games any easier than it already is. This will allow some people to create XBMC or some kind of NES/SNES/Sega/everything emulator. Which is good but due to legal reasons, will probably never be out, which sucks.

This won't make cracking tools easier. You's think this is a programing language. It's a friggen gaming development kit, and the consumer version has certain elements cut out. MS does have brains you know, $100 says most of you are Sony fanboys on the downplay yet again.

Of course its going to make playing copied games easier, no one says your going to need the subscription to play games, people who know their stuff are going to use this opportunity to make cracking tools.

This is a very good move by Microsoft giving the Xbox more of the things that makes the PC great.

"By joining a creators club for an annual subscription fee of USD 99" wow, more people will just be using it to crack and copy games.

I stoped reading after it said that we will have to pay a 99 USD fee/year. If they want people to make games then mabey they should share open source and make it free (like linux) instead of f**king paying money. Cheap money sucking ticks, go suck your d**k.
