How many people will spend $150 for the ultimate edition? When I look at the Master Chief helmet, it looks like $10 worth of cheap plastic helmet from China. Microsoft thinks every n00b out there will buy it even for $150.

Your over reacting...halo is fun yes.. is it anything super special No.. its an average FPS.. i will purhcase it for the online play on xbox live. but im in no Rush to do so. im more interested in Crysis and Unreal Tournament 2007.

The half life series really is better.
It doesnt have some hokey dumbass in a mask for the main character.
Its like in old slaher films were they all were a stupid mask because the people who made it lacked imagination.

Its a pretty average FPS.
I think the aliens were more interesting than the humans who seem to enjoy punchlines and acting like badass space marines with attitude.
Reminds me of a movie I saw once....was it called Aliens?
Half-Life one and two are far better games!
