You've got to be kidding me. What a bunch of whiney little bi*ches. It's sick that in this country people will do anything for a free dollar. These people bought the game because they were excited about Halo 3. I never heard a SINGLE person freaking out before the realease about "OMG! Dude I've never heard of this game but the resolution is 720p!!! 720p for god's sake ! AHHHH!" This class action website is just looking to create angry mobs and set them up with jacka** attorneys so they can take their cut of the almighty $$ IF the gamers win. When you buy Halo 3 and you turn it on and it's a 620p scaled up to 720p version of Pole Position then feel free to piss and moan, in the mean time STFU or GTFO. Go play the game whose plot and gameplay you were excited about and stop letting some greedy, deskbound rabble-rouser push your buttons so he can make payments on his lexus without having to do any actual work.

Sure it is, but if one, no even two developers takes the easy way out of gaining extra performance by sacraficing image quality and gets away with it, suddenly all games will be native 600p. Because people still buy them. Which to me, is unacceptable.

Call of Duty is only 600p.
If nobody fists the developers they will
fist the consumers instead.
You don't want them to go back to 480p
like the first xbox and let it 'scale' to 720p do ya? Image quality suffers from it, even with anti-aliasing on.

This is the exact reason why I play Call of Duty 4 more than Halo 3. Lmao naa.. I just hate H3 cause its s**t just like H2 was.Is it still a good game to play with a couple buddies? sure, why not, But to sue over something so stupid.. I wouldn't be surprised if they won the class-action suit cause we all know how many holes govern the laws of trial. Btw, Stop hating the 360 users, hate the s**tty kids instead.

genius pure unadulterated genius. i would have thought that its impossible to sue for this in any country that has a clue but then again america doesn't so this makes sense.
now for a shocker most games aren't HD and the format of HD you want is 1080P which isnt supported anyway. besides to be a HD game i think you only need to be 600i(or P) so Halo 3 is HD just not 720 or 1080. at the end of the day its still only displayed in what your TV can display and most of them automatically upscale to there max so even if the software is 640P or something the image you see is 720 or 1080 anyway(or normall definition if you aren't a spoiled Pr*ck)

Just to put things in another perspective:When you pay ~$400 for a console, and God knows how much more for the HDTV/Speaker system, you expect the best game in the console to fully exploit the system capabilities. I know, 80 lines...they mean much less if the game has AA enabled (not sure if this is the case), but it's also false advertising.
