Gears was the most undeserving game for game of the year last year. Duck and cover duck and cover, shoot enemies, repeat. It got old REAL fast and the 2nd one better improve on this or it will fail.

Anon at 15:26, the solution is simple, don't buy it. The world doesn't revolve around you, d**kwad.Action aside, the story was decent, and the game itself was original in a sense. Hell, I was glad enough they had a co-op mode.

I wonder if they will port it to PC as craptastically as they did for the first game, and then insist for months that it is the fault of the thousands of people buying it that the game doesn't work.

I don't know about everyone else, I'm a bit of an X360 fanboy (admittedly) but I never saw the big deal with GoW.
I thought it was repetitive and the story was s**tty. It got boring pretty fast.
I think it was one of the most hyped up exclusives for the 360 so everyone forced themselves to love it.

the first game was alright, I mean it only did so well though becuse it was on the Xbox, you dont need a good game to sell on a console, and most games on consoles(MOST) suck anyways so its easy to do better

This game will be nothing different from the 1st one...you run, you enter a spot, you fight and kill the enemy, you advance to another spot, and you do the same thing over and over again with a terrible storyline. Ahh well, Xcrap360 fanboys don't know anything better. More RROD's brought to you by Gears of War 2!!!
