Why in the heck did MS (aka: MicroShaft) wait so long before porting this to PC? When it was originally being designed (before MS bought it out), it was being designed for the PC. I think that when MS decided not to port it to PC at the same time as the XBox release, the final result will hurt them financially (like their worried about that anyway!). They should have released it when it was new and very anticipated by the public.

1) Halo was an EXCELLENT game. 2 bad u PC boys n gals mite miss out on co op, since at the moment it hasnt been added and their are NO current plans to do so. THey mite, but at the moment they havnt really got plans 2 do so. But i rekon they probally will and itd be a larger scope as itd be online2)Didnt like Turok much on N64 or the new GC version. PD and Goldeneye had the slickest console controls for a FPS. Halo is probally a close second.
Heres my 2 cents
Controller: GOOD
Mouse n Keyboard: EXCELLENT
unlike Medal of Honour on PS2 which has sucky controls 3) Hey firefly maybe MG is tryin 2 say something by posting up news on the PC lineup at E3, but having an X Box pic........... :D :P

Toruk N64 any of them,best console FPS kicks the scewy controls of Perfect dark and golden eye in thier combined butts,fnay with halo on PC I dotn have to get an Xbox anytime soon :P

should be good. people seemed to think that it was good when it was on the xbrick, and if it is now on pc, enhanced, and uses a k/b and mouse... nothing to complain about.i just don't see a reason that anybody would by an xbox now though, with splinter cell, now halo, on pc, and better. i mean 90% of the xbox games are ports from pc anyway.

uh...have u actually tried playing halo on controller s? not that it makes any diff over controller fat ass.Halo has been pretty much optimized for use of the controller so i can't see why you must bitch and moan about it. Sure a keyboard and mouse would make the whole experience better, but not that much. You probably think fps on console? Must have control scheme like Goldeneye/Perfect Dark. (R shoulder to toggle aim mode)

X-box is good for nothing. And besides that fact you must be smoking some mad crack if you think a PC cost $2000, i can make a freekin 4 processor server with that amount. FPS suck on X-box, why cause it uses a controller. PC is a lot better cause you can control your character a lot better with strafing and everything, you can even switch weapons easier on PC. By the way I am able to build computers for about $500, just about double the price for an X-box and alot better too.

Everyone should own a PC and an Xbox.

The reason why these dumb asses are bashing Xbox is because they don't have one and obviously need one.
Why else would you constantly bash the console if it's not even in competition Vs the PC? Does it concern you people what is happenning with the Xbox? You don't even have one for god sake.
You compare PC (2000$ machine) Vs (Xbox 200$ machine).

I dont appreciate "xbox" but if they Fixe alot of thing in HALO 1 and add alot of new weapon/vehicul/map..... Alot of new enemis And add lightning/shader
And also if they increase the player capacity 16 to 34 or 64.Maybe the game will be ok for a short of time.... <<=== New games coming "FPS"

Personally I wonder about what kind of stuff they will do with their flight simulators and train simulators. The last few were not very detailed though if it uses latest graphics technology then flying something like the wright brothers plain through places like new york city or the himalayas should be a real site. As for the train sim, I was never in to being a conductor but it would be cool to ride a train through some more exotic layouts. I still wonder though what microsoft's track record for video card 3d usage will be this year? Will they make every title use the full graphics features or are we just gonna stare at images that looked like they were drawn by a 5 year old?

A game that comes out on PC is still Exclusive to the console. Console are not in competition with PC if you haven't noticed yet. Most big Exclusive console title do come to PC. i.e Metal Gear, Tomb Raider, Grand Theft Auto, soon Halo.
So saying that Xbox can't have any exclusive is total Bullshit. And just proves that you are a total fanboy.

Rember: When HALO first came out it was almost IRGHT after evrywon spend 300 dollers on the PS2 so nowon even thought of buting another console for 50 MORE dollers. Most people, tho, but a new PC evry.......aorund 1-2 years because thats the way it works. People with PC's will probily enjoy a >>better>>>>>>>>>>>>>ON-LINE<<<<<<<<<

Funny how a large portion of XBOX games are PC ports. Hmmm. Which is not a real bad thing, however this tactic directly flies in the face of what Bill Gates has said in the early stages of the XBOX that the console "WOULD NOT BE A PLATFORM FOR PC GAMES AND PORTS."
