If the game is rated 18 like the last one then prehaps the prostitutes could at least do more than bounce the car.... how about some tits :p 1 last idea has already been done by other games in the past but it would be cool if the game read the time and date on your console/pc and matched it up with the game so if you played at night the game would be in darkness and light if u played in the daytime, also it could snow if your pc date was december and there would be sunbathers everywhere in the summer. anyway thats what i think would make a great game even better. Oh 1 last thing is a button on the controller that when you press it your character shouts a random taunt/swearword at passers by.
