Terrible. Loved the Fallout, BG and Diablo games, so you would have thought I'd like this too.. Unfortunately, in the words of my American friends, it sucks. Very dissapointing.

Rather a PC-RPG, instead of a genuine RPG. The script thinks for you and all are automatized, like an adventure game.But it's amusing to read your taunts... brainiac = Hirnie. *lol* PS: You aren't the brother of Boo? (BG1+2 Minsc's hamster companion.)

Bad luck, you never will see a sequel to Fallout 2.Buy Lionheart, and maybe you get the chance of Fallout 3.
The Developer need the money to make a sequel. Thematic is good, but the engine is outdated, unfortunately arranged inteface, bad animation style, ridiculous graphics of player characters... but a nice story. I will buy it. But before I will do this possible failure, I watch what the press say about it.

i think this demo is like a...demo(WOW!) of its beta stages...unless this game has already been released in the US, or europe- i dont give a damn about the northern hemisphere.
so the screwed up animation and the glitchy music will most likely be corrected. black isle and whoever else contributed to the making of this game would and should notice this little error coz they did it right for their other games

Otherwise you have not the right, with your unconscious gesture, to grun unqualified muck, Plebe. The only malus on the quality of this game, is the bad animation style for walking (worst case: and the outdated Engine). What do you want with your comment? All the people in the world need to know, that a coward without a nick, writes that the game sucks?

Lionheart is an action-adventure with improved character skill system like a rpg, but it's not a true rpg.And yes, Lionheart can't be compared with the hack&slash Game Diablo... I think that the best thing on this game is the thematik of its scenario. And a little bit world "realism" about human useage of the arcane arts. I had this idea long ago before the game was mentioned... ;-)

ok... let's say it's not a bug. Although I never tried to do something like that in BG2 or ID or NWN... I have respect for those. But then again... If there will be like thousands of items in the game then, mabe it's not such a bad thing after all...

the chest thing is not a bug...they had that in nwn, bg, bg2 etc.
its known as random items. I remember getting platemail+1 instead of a healing pot once :P It's all in the roll of the dice

Interesting new ideas.. This game has Diablo, Fallout Tactics, and a descent RPG element to it. Good interface, outdated but nice looking engine. Hate the idea that the character canot run and the way he/she moves. But the gameplay, storyline, and new intersting ideas really drive the game. I think it's worth playing and buying. I give it a B+P.S: There's a bug that can be exploited. Save before you open a chest, pop it open... Don't like what you got? Reload and open again. Repeat until you get really nice items. Takes time though. Hope they fix it in the final version.

Cool looking game, mind you the music reminds me of Diablo a hell of a lot. :(Looks like it has some real potentail and given its pedigree I think it could live upto it :) As long as it doesn't suck as much Dungeon Seige (if thats possible.)
