The words are all, lets just say some of it wasnt readable lol. Anyway I realize all the hard word in making it, and to let u know im not telling you the game sucks, all in all its a pretty decent piece of work. If some of the things were fixed e.g smoothing/sharpening the graphics, so the words dont look like crap and the game doesn't look all blocky, people would probably find the game more appealing. I know I would since I am a fan of the Final Fantasy Series myself. So all you need is just some improvements that is all nothing to big. I give the game a 7 out of 10 though ^_^. Also if anyone is looking for a good game (well...good if you like hard almost impossible to beat games) goto yahoo and type in the search box "iwbtg"(I Wanna Be the Guy is what that stands for if your curious). Look for a link that brings you to wikipedia with a description of the game. Scroll down and look for the link to the official site. Then click on the download section and download the demo.(They say you won't need the full game as most people don't make it past the first 3 screens.) I haven't yet played this game yet, but I know how the whole RPG maker thing goes. It's been a couple years since I've really f**ked with it, but I do know that if you go to the right places (such as Don Miguel's forum, if it's still up) you can find people to help you with the game for free. One thing you can do is create cut-scenes with Adobe Flash, and then export it to a video file, pretty simple.. Another note, RPG Maker 2003 and XP have been released since 2000, maybe you should look into those as well. (I haven't really messed with any of the releases since RM2K, but they're probably worth trying.. If you'd like some help with this game, even if it's just going through bug-testing and fixing problems in it for you, I'd be more than happy to help, and no, I'm not asking for any money, it'd just give me something to do. I'm about to download it now and check it out. I can see you have a lot of uneducated assholes posting here and chances are 99 percent of them have never even tried making a game, so don't pay any attention to them, I know how much of a pain in the ass it can be. Good storyline and flash back about the last incident. Apparently you shouldn't speak to the guy guarding the boat that takes you to Wutai. When you go past him and talk to him again, the game goes back to Midgar and Cloud is in the party again, nice loop to the past. Also when I was going to fight Dark Cloud, Tifa died fighting some ramdom monsters. I was close to the city so I tried to go inside, bad move. Tifa appeared, she was supposed to say something, but becose she was dead I got Game over screen. Some typos here and there, nothing too annoying. Anything behind will cause the game not to run at all. If for some reason it does work on a lower requirement system, you were possibly lucky and/or do not know one damn thing about your pc.
