It seems there is no way to save the game. One must exit and then start over. If I'm wrong, then how does one save the game? or am i right?

I hear alot of you guys saying "it looks like doom 3" to me it feels alot like fear, only without weapons. I must say for a freeware game I was very impressed. You can tell alot of work was put into this. and the physics in this thing may even be better then half life 2.

So pretty much it doesnt work.I get throught the beginning movie, then it shows thr first part after he enters the hatch. then it just freezes. my graphics card is: NVIDIA GEFORCE FX 5200

A pretty interesting game. I like the way you can interact with the environment. It looks similar to Doom 3, but it requires a lot more thinking and you don't have a gun. The only things that disappointed me are that I was expecting the monsters to be more freightnening and the game was short. Not bad at all for freeware. Certainly worth a try.

this looks a lot like the doom 3 engine, but the game plays like silent hill 3, truly scared when no other game could and considering that its a free game is incredible.....V/O is a little off and to truley get the kreep factor U need a 6600+ vid card and 5.1 surround sound.... and my it feels sooooo real!! I can honselty give this a 5/5 now if this was clamed to be a full game then it would be a 4/5 becuase of the length..... but for now it's good, but would love to see this game expanded into a full game.

This game is pretty neat.
The graphics are pretty good, and the use of physics are great.
It's slightly unstable at times on my pc, but it's a pretty good game nevertheless.
Thumbs up for the developers, a couple of students. Great job.

- short gameplay ( 2 hours )btw u need that video card in the requirements or better to play it.

um... can someone tell me how to get this to work... when i try to begin the game it says it cant open the redist folder because it has either been moved or removed... and i havent even touched it... if you know how to fix this please tell me

Uh...I just got to the loading screen after the first movie (when he's out in the snow and finds the hatch) and then it just exited the game so I dunno how it is. If anyoen know's how to fix this then feel free to tell me.

Pretty good and nice implementation of physics, ID could learn a thing or 2 from these guys and if u have a cordless mouse or motion sensing device is like playing a demo of a wii game =)Like dj_sea2005 said in Digg:
also, the implementation of the physics engine is amazing! you can pick up/throw practically anything! and i love the way you can interact with objects like draws and lockers by moving the mouse in the direction you want to pull the item (like the part where you have to move your mouse in a circular motion to turn the valve and shut off the steam)

Given the fact that some college students made this game, it is amazing, the graphics are fantastic for a free game, the physics are pretty great, just taking in the fact of how in depth the coding for this game is, by STUDENTS, it alone makes me appreciate this game

Requirements mention some hardware, doesn't say what OS, but given that it is winzip I assume some sort of MS Windows. Do you have a Linux port ?
