it is like listening to a group of kids... 6.5 ghz is a little hard to believe (have to look into this) and please try to overclock your 3.1 core 2 to anything close to 6 ghz and game on it (intel E8500 is actually 3.16)... air cooled... what an idiot.for amd to do this right it has to boot and game or go through a stress test for a period of time, if it fails the overclocking does not count. if this is story is true then a water cooled system should hit the 4 to 4.5 ghz (being stable for day to day use for a long time). making it the fastest cpu after over clocking on the market... that is why it is hard to believe.

E8500 core 2 duo 3.15Ghz can overclock to 6Ghz on air cooling. Woopdee f**king doo. I have hated AMD for the last 2 years. f**k them.I am in no way a fanboy. Reading this article however just disgusts me. Do something original and make it somewhat of a break-thru imo, plzkthnx.

Well its nice to see future Amd Chips will Overclock like Core2's... well lest hoping Amd is learning from all this and will be applying it to future chips, just have to wait for Amds "Core2" ... until then Amd will be number 2 :(
