Great game and great story. It takes time to to level, but it is well worth it. Good people no matter what language they spoke. I actually enjoyed both parties containing only Japanese players or English players. This is unlike WoW and how they perceive it as the greatest MMO there is but I still believe this MMO is the best out there. For one this game actually has a BGM... and good ones too.

this game is great..been playing it since I was 13 years old, only people that hate it are the ones who can't get through the f**king dunes, been playing for 2 years have 2 75 jobs and it's really fun

Have playedthis game for about 8months, and its great,shame about the 7quid a month, but deffinalty worth it. 5 Star

Great game if your ffxi lover. Most ppl that hate it are those 12 year old loud fu*king kids that have a attention span of 30seconds. If you fit that discription play world of warcraft. This game has a great story and is slow at the start but once you get to 25 and up it gets real good.

I'm still new (My best job is level 13) But I find this game thrilling, even though you have a bumpy start to begin with. Also, sence I got the first 30 days free for the pc I sill haven't had to pay. Overall, I'd sugest it to anyone who likes Massive Multyplayer online fantasy games.

Ahahahaha, lol. Hey, Anonymous! What a story, and this really happened??
Yesterday i got FFXI for my birthday, and only then i noticed about the $12.95 Fee. I then later noticed that on the game package it said there is a fee in really SMALL letters.
Well, Anonymous be happy that you are able to play it, my mother is still mad about the newly noticed fee :(
