Heh , I'v hear that many people could'nt play the new race mod !! I had the sama problem ! YOU install the game and then turn it one from the new race icon ! Thats wrong! Instead you install the game and then gp to the New race mod folder and take the maps, and further on you put it on the real warcraft 3 map folder,, you turn on the normal warcraft 3 and go to maps and the specific folder you put the maps and then you play,, but only four maps is playable, Elf Wood, To COOL . LAVA land

look. this patch works on every non-pirate licensed copy of Reign Of Chaos. me and my friends... experimented. 6 with cracked war3, 4 with legal licensed war3. it worked for 40% of us... the licensed %. don't be cheap...war3 costs like 20$, or 15£, so if you´d like to have this patch, BUY WARCRAFT III!

it was just a normal map that some hacker made and put a vuris in it that's why it dosen't work, couse warcraft is trying to read it but can't couse it's in a diff code than the one the warcraft reads...

!!!!!!!!!!!Warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!installing this mod screwed up my warcraft. When i installed this mod it didn't work. After a couple of hours i got it working. It's a cool mod but there is a major bug.
You cant die and you can't kill anyone, Uninstalling doesn't work.
My originale warcraft doesn't work anymore because of this mod. So ppl its a cool mod but it has a great risk, think before installing. Bye

Well honestly you shouldnt need a mod as warcraft 3 is such a good game and anyway u can jus download maps which change the game without all the crappy mods which tend to screw up anyway. If Blizzard were to make a mod it wont be for a long time. If you want to talk some more about expansion packs or so on just go to Warcraft3.com and talk about it.

If blizzard will make a war3 expansion pack, I hope they will include new terrain like in war2: beyond the dark portal. And that they will at least include some new units. A race would be nice :)
