Just a re-hash of WOW with it's rainbow colors and smiling statues.It's more then likely gonna be another pay per play MMO just like WOW.Crap blizzard lost the Diablo 2 dark and gothic style along time ago so nothing new here.Thanks again Blizzrd for not listening to Diablo fans dark evil needs!!

Production goals are set to high and then cut back too often, turning it into to much of an over edited "movie game" even if there never was a movie of it to begin with.

besides most of the screenshots here(which probably arnt even the best ones) still look fairly dark.. theres just no gore, which in this day and age where people like thompson exists. isn't really blizards fault.

This f**kign game looks just like WOW. I guess they figure they can take WOW and stick another name on it and somehow its now Diablo. Screw you, diablo was all about the 2d and now that it's 3d and looks Hella like World Of WarCraft, it is World of Warcraft you s**tholes.

Glad other people have a problem with the lame WoW art style implemented in Diablo 3. The character models are the real problem though; that barbarian armor looked like ass, polys sticking out like all f**k.

Actually there are persistent rumors Blizzard North made a pretty far along D3 years ago, but its crappyness was one of the reasons we have been waiting for D3 so long ánd why Blizzard North was closed down.

I agree with the general consensus here.. Diablo should not resemble WoW in anyway.. that game is pure garbageDiablo was far more story orientated with an emphasis on more macarbe and "darker" plots
It should reflect this in it's appearance it really does like an upgraded WoW engine

I agree with most people...this game looks like Warcraft. Looks and is JUST as slow paced. Know what's the problem? The mature team, Blizzard North; is gone. Now they only have their Elf humping Orc loving warcrap team to make games. Look at D2 and D3, they aimed for realistic visuals with REALISTIC gore.Blizzard is dead.

Nnnnnoooooo it looks way too cartoony :/I was afraid Blizzard could only do cartoony games after WoW and Warcraft 3 and I was right... Damnit, Diablo is supposed to be dark and creepy, not cartoony and bright. I still have no idea how they managed to make Diablo 2 look worse than Diablo 1, but if they continue like this D3 is going to look worse than the first game, all those years ago. Gameplay is #1 and that'll be okay here. Amazing graphics would be nice but not very important in the long run. But Blizzard... At least get the atmosphere right, damnit!

I've been looking foward for this game for a f****** long time but the graphics just look like a WoW ripoff... In my mind (and I'm a somewhat avid warcraft and diablo player) Warcraft = cartoony and fun game while diablo = dark and goory action game. I'm not saying that one is better then the other 'cause that only goes from personal taste but these screens look like they lost the diablo feel... I'm terribly affraid of that... =( The cinematic thrailer is mind-bogling as usual though! ^-^
