I've done 8 hour raids in WoW, and by the end of that the entire raid was dead tired. I can't imagine an 18 hour raid. Must have been koreans.

im amazed no one has stated what obviusly is the problem here......these guys suck at the game. most likely they think they are a "l337" guild and they are not. they went into the boss fight under-geared, underleveled, not enough charachter skills/abilities, and not enough player skills either. they were probably trying to take on the boss way before they should, i bet if you took on the boss with the right group, it would take no longer than a normal boss. they just saw themselves making a dent, and the foolish leader did not want to give up, in order to save face.
