Even more reason they should have never changed engine..I thought it looked great the first time round you can basicly blame the eye candy fanboy's or rephrase fankid's for part of the problem Look at Duke 3D ffs it was the gameplay that made it not the gfx thats why people still play it to this day. I just can't belive they let us wait all tho's years for sweet fuk all thanks for geting our hopes up over and over and over and over "When it's done" HAH what a joke that was lol gota love it

this is the perfect time to hire a professional hitman! kill off the other side for the rights to the game. think about it? this game will generate soo much money its almost stupid not to. especially if they add enough dlc.

They were almost finished by 99/2000 using the unreal 1 engine but they decided to redo it since it was pretty outdated by then. So they've been hopping from engine to engine and never finished it.

while someone confusing with all of this. if I'm understanding it. they worked on the game for 12 years. with only $400,000 capital, and blew that initial capital by 20 times... while I can understand the while lawsuit thing... 12 years and 20mil... how did they not finish
