That law sounds like it f lamented from the assholio of a senile, arrogant, bunch of old farts that have nothing better to do than pass bulls**t on paper in there wonder years.. there would be absolutely NO enforcement of such a law anyways. .. you think if someone stole anything they would EVER tell the person their selling it to who they are? .. lol and a fingerprint for a video game.. bwahhhaaaa! OMFG!

isn't 99% of florida's population retirees anyway? would explain alot!

Technically they are, since the EULA forbids that. People don't own games after they buy 'em, they own a license to use it (the EULA!).

Did u guys ever think about WHY this was done. What if some jackass stole your video games and sold them off for money. Wouldn't you want to be able to catch the asshole. I understand about the privacy concerns but just realize there is a reason for it. Though this is farther that most states go. Usually they require only an id and signature.
