I dont see why you woudlnt be uprfont about the charges. You really only piss off people that would have otherwisewould have played and paid without incident. People who would be scared off by a pricey game would be equally dissapointed when they found said hidden fees, and refused to pay anyway.

I think its a bit much to charge late fees. I would imagine everyone would be cool with "if you dont pay your monthly amount, your account gets locked until you do". Its all automated anyway so I dont see how they can justify all the penalties involved with late payments.

The claim is mostly about the advertising, which I can understand. For those uninitiated, and those who purchased based on name alone, then the whole monthly thing would have been a bit of a shock. I saw this being sold locally with a huge 80% OFF!!! sticker on it. Which really only gives you a fraction of the media, the real game still costs the full price and goes right on costing.

The monthly fees are a given, considering it is an MMORPG. 3 on, I believe, are valid.
