Starcraft isn't that good - it's all about who can build units faster than anyone else - there's no strategy whatsoever - One thing all of these games needs is some sort of anti-rush thing, I mean, I rush a lot and win because of it but it's not fun, and if I didn't rush then they would... - for me on a 56k it takes as long to connect to a game as it does to actually play it before someone has won because everyone rushess

C&C Generals is a good game but it's a bit boring (all those tanks). AOE2 is a great game too, I must admit it was the best game I had ever seen, but after a while you get tired of playing it. AOM is not as good as I expected.. The only thing I like A LOT is its graphics.. anyway it's way too boring (I only played it 3 times). WarCraft3 is the BEST game I have ever seen until now.. I am playing it since last summer.. I never got bored playing it.. All, the game play, the graphics, the units(especialy heros), the idea of creeps and expiriance points for heros, the sound, the buildings, the races.. All of them are FANTASTIC, MAGNIFICENT..(etc!).. (I can't think a reason why some people don't like it..)

StarCraft and BW owns warcraft. WC3 is noting compared to SC . The story line is cliched and un-imaginative. The units limit limits any macro what so ever and the micro is a pain and rarely enjoyable. But than again, that seesm to be the mode of the WC series. :/

I agree with Frozen, /me also liked AoEII more thatn AoM, but the myth units were cool anyways.
to C&CG : IMHO its a nice game to get around some time but its gettin boring to always tankrush the enmy with 5 Overlords or dead-from-air them with 20 Raptor's or so...
I think WC3 is the best RTS game avaiable atm but i prefer the setting of StarCraft anyways, though there were no "real" heroes with "real" mening the xp and level thing...conclusion : every RTS game has its likers (sry 4 my english :) but KKND outclasses them all :DDDDDD

In my opinion command and conquer Generals is the best RTS to date. There are so many possible attacks and things to do, it's amazing. Of course it's not a perfect game, some things I'd like to see fixed are perhaps a unit limit (somewhere around 100 or 150 units or so), that way the strategy is not based on who can build the most units the fastest. I'd also like to see some upgrades to weaponry, such as +1 +2, etc., and also to the armor. That's all I can think of right now (oh wait!, more gore never hurt a game either), but I know there are some I'm leaving out.

-Absolutly AoM is not very good the only thing that really motivated me to play AoM was the campaigns that were really cool the rest is sh**t(no offense). i rather prefer the playing style from Age of Empires II. But IMHO Warcraft III is way ahead and far more perfect! (Consider Perfect has a relative term). period

the Warcraft series is by FAR the best game series EVER!. There is no topping it. Even WCII is still fun to play. MUCH moreso than AOM. Not that AOM is bad, but its predesessors were better (AoE, AoK), they should have stuck to that theme.
