AWSOME!!! My first UT game ever and it rocks. I say to everyone buy this game. Don't listen to all those that say the full game doesn't rock. IT OWNZ!!! I love the pretty graphics and the physics. Turn the graphics up to the highest settings and put change the display resoloution to your monitors maximum resoloution and play this game like MAD!!! Cause you will love it.

when a game is ready to be retailed they make a master cd or dvd wich all other cds or dvds will copied from, that master is made of GOLD ok, that is why they say a game has gone gold. when they make the master cds/dvds (which is made of gold) to make the rest to be sold.http://gonegold.com/

As for the article, I know it stated that UT2004 would be released on the 15th March, but I've heard talk of a March 21st release. Can anyone verify?

Its a good thing that the game went gold because now it looks like it is ready to be sold on March 15. If it didn't go gold, it would mean a delay. Which would set the release date back a bit further until it does go "gold".
