How could the Xbox be more capable than most PC;s at the time of the E3 demo?Its only 'advantage' was a more powerful architecture in the Geforce 3 card than you would see in a Geforce 3 containing PC, all the games that came out at the time just had fancy water effects and were designed for a constole style of play, the PC did that years ago with the first Voodoo cards but were past that now... Xbox is a powerful console, but not a PC beater. Anyway....loved Fable the 1st time round, looks like Ill be getting it on the PC too. The HDR lighting makes it look sweet!

at 23:32Dude it was released on DVD, very few PC games at that time even were on DVD at all and that's even games graphically superior to Fable. BTW the Xbox is capable of lot more than PCs in that time of the E3 demo! Just hope Fable 2 on the 360 will be good.

Of course, this game wouldn't be needed if the Xbox guys had just let tem release Fable as it was when they first took it to E3 all those years ago, they had to cut the game down so much to make it fit on a single disc and toneit down a lot to even run on the xbox.It should have been a pc title all along in my opinion.

So the real release date for Fable is September 2005? What we got a earlier was just a fancy $50 demo.
